Fertility Foundations Package

  • Learn to chart your cycles and identify your fertile window

  • Two 60-minute sessions, ideal for those just starting to try
    to conceive

Emotional and Psychological Prep Package

$300 $175

  • Cycle charting, lifestyle assessment, and relaxation
    techniques

  • Four sessions (first 90 minutes, then 60 minutes), ideal for
    those trying for a year or more

Advanced Fertility Support Package

 $750 $375

  • Support for emotional and spiritual roadblocks plus
    accompaniment to IUI/IVF appointments

​

  • Seven sessions (first 90 minutes, then 60 minutes) and a 20% discount on other doula services after a successful
    pregnancy
